Ochre Pigment & Mark-Making with Polly Bennett
Wednesday 10th June 2026, 11am - 1pm, £60 pp
Learn how to wash earth, produce pigment, and experiment with different binders - including
gum arabic and egg yolk - to see how your paint is altered. You will leave with watercolour
paints, pigment, paintings and new environmentally-friendly skills.
Please bring 2 jam jars.
Ceramic Imprinting & Slipcasting with Kate Schuricht
Friday 12th June 2-5pm, £80 pp
Explore the exciting properties of clay by imprinting and impressing found objects, leaves,
textiles and letters to create a striking range of coasters, tiles and hanging decorations. Finish
off by incorporating your favourite design or motif into a handmade slipcast ceramic piece. You
will leave with 6-8 fired pieces to be collected later.
Intro to Oil Painting / Still Life with Eleanor May Watson
17th and 18th June, 10am-4pm
£130 pp each day, or £230 for both days
Day 1: An introduction to the basics of oils guiding you through the use of a limited palette,
colour mixing, and tone, as well as the application of paint.
Day 2: Explore elements of colour theory, compositional techniques and expressive mark-
making. For those with some previous experience or as a follow up to Day 1.
