Open Studios & Events

Amanda usually shows at a small number of open studios during the year, details will be posted here of upcoming events.

Commissioning Work

Most of Amanda’s work is made to private commission. Commissioning handmade work allows the client to be part of the design process and makes the piece extra special as a result; wedding rings are a good example of this, although clients often commission pieces for special occasions.

Amanda works with a range of materials including platinum, 18ct & 9ct gold, silver, diamonds and other precious stones.

Here is a few things to bear in mind:

  • Amanda’s work is simple & bold; it’s good to think about her style to make sure it suits your commission.
  • Its always good to do your research and find out what you like or what the person you are commissioning for likes.
  • She uses reputable diamond and precious stone dealers. Stones can be certificated if required.
  • Amanda often makes samples, especially for rings to get a feel for how they will look and feel to wear.

All work is hallmarked by the London Assay Office.

Commissions typically take up to 10 weeks to completion, depending on the complexity of the piece.

Amanda will use her  expertise to guide you through the process and although she sells her work through a small number of outlets, most of her work is made to order.
