During 2020 and into 2021 I have been having collaborative discussions with ceramicist Elaine Bolt. Both of us have Brighton and Sussex as our creative base and use our environment to inspire our work in different but interconnected ways.
I am back at the jewellery bench after a week away in Suffolk! It feels so good to be back at Phoenix Artspace. I am preparing and making new pieces and work from the collection for two events happening this weekend. One in Sussex • One online
The Old Forge Open House
Firstly I am delighted to announce that I am taking part in @artwavefestival with @theoldforgeopenhouse in South Heighton where they are opening their forge, garden studio & garden to the public for three weekends of September....

4 DAYS OF DESIGN IN BRIGHTON
A celebration of emerging designers from Brighton and beyond. The show will include exhibitions, table top fair, talks, workshops, pop-ups, tours and surgeries.
WHAT IS THE BRIGHTON DESIGN SHOW?
We’re excited to announce that Amanda’s Brutalist Collection of brooches, earrings and long necklaces are available at the riverfront Tate Edit shop at Tate Modern (currently closed due to Coronavirus), alongside editions by Cornelia Parker, Anni Albers, and Ed Ruscha.
